The Namibian Broadcasting Corporation (NBC), which is technically insolvent, has received just N$54 million in the mid-term budget review that was tabled by Finance Minister, Calle Schlettwein on Tuesday. The NBC at least expected N$100 million to survive until the end of this financial year, 31 March 2020.
