Japan today heaped praise on Namibia’s senior national rugby team, the Welwitschias, for qualifying for next year’s Rugby World Cup tournament. Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe’s Special Envoy, Yoshifumi Okamura delivered the message to President Hage Geingob at State House on Tuesday. The ninth Rugby World Cup will be held in Japan from 20 September to 2 November 2019.
