A book titled ‘Administrative Law, Cases and Materials’ was launched in Windhoek. As the justice system often struggles to prepare cases properly and operating under massive stress the book aims to contribute to the development of Namibia’s Juris. Author and Judge of the Namibian High Court, Dr Collins Parker says the book offers a rich source of judicial pronouncements as precedent that are not readily available to many students and teachers of law.
