Livestock farmers at Kalkfeld settlement in the Otjozondjupa region have received a donation of lucerne to help their animals survive the drought. The Regional Governor’s Office distributed more than 1000 bales of lucerne at the settlement on Tuesday. The lucerne was donated by the Land Reform Ministry for distribution to needy farmers.
