Ombara Hikuminue Kapika of the Kapika Traditional Authority has added his voice of sorrow following the death of the late Sam Nujoma.

The ailing Kapika gave his condolence message via the MICT Team from his homestead at Omuramba village in the Epupa Constituency 

“The bearded Ngandjera man, my friend, my leader, who I was conversing with regards to the Epupa hydropower station closing. We spent the day deliberating until we reached an agreement, and he said, ‘Kapika, I’ll leave your Epupa; I’m going back home to Ongandjera.’ Now you’ve left before me; go well. One has to go first, before the other,” he said.
