Ombara Hiku-muine Kapika of the Kapika Traditional Authority has granted government the green light to construct a dam at Orokawe Village in the Kunene Region instead of Eupa Falls as initially planned. The chief also appeal on government to develop the Kunene Region especially Epupa Constituency.
