A society that does not recognise its past does not have a vision for the future. This was the message of the speaker of the National Assembly, Professor Peter Katjavivi during the commemoration to celebrate the life of the late Chief Kuaima Riruako of the Ovaherero Traditional Authority in Windhoek.
