Police at Rundu in the Kavango East Region have warned against violating the state of emergency regulations, as thousands of residents scrambled to access their Emergency Income Grant. Regional Commander, Johanna Ngondo says she will increase the law enforcement presence on the streets of the town and villages to ensure compliance.
