Matumbo Angelina Ribebe Secondary School in the Kavango East Region beat the odds to join the best performing public schools nationally. At least 47% of the learners who sat for National Senior Secondary Certificate examinations qualified for university education. The rural school situated at Ncaute Village about 40 kilometres south of Rundu achieved a 100% pass rate in last year’s Grade 12 examinations.
