Keetmanshoop Urban Constituency Councillor Maxie Minnaar was buried today. President Hage Geingob in a speech read on his behalf by Karas Governor, Aletha Frederick, described the late Minnaar as a humble and committed citizen who dedicated her energy to seeing the needs of the poor and destitute addressed.
