The Keetmanshoop Correctional Facility Officer in Charge, Fedrick Viljoen says ongoing rehabilitation programmes to assist offenders to reintegrate into society, once released, need to be encouraged. Viljoen made the remarks during the hand over of desks and chairs repaired by the inmates at the Keetmanshoop Correctional Facility to the Ministry of Education.
