Informal settlements throughout the world, are prone to diseases, due to the lack of proper sanitation and provision of clean water. To address this, the Keetmanshoop Municipality, with assistance from the business fraternity, provided hand sanitizers to residents who are unable to afford hygiene products and cleaning material.
