Research has proven that character-building programmes in schools have immense benefits both for teachers and learners. Speaking at the launch of the //Kharas Character Transformation Training workshop for teachers at Luderitz, chairperson of the regional council, Jan Scholtz said the country is trapped in a negative cycle of moral deterioration which can only be addressed successfully through a positive mindset.
