The Khomas Region recorded the highest human rights violations against Lesbians Gays, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT). This is according to a study compiled by Our Voices – a project that works on decreasing discrimination and promote laws that protect LGBT members of communities. The European Instrument for Democracy and Human Rights funded the study.
