The Government was denied all requests made to the labour court including an interdict to stop tomorrow’s strike. Presiding Judge Thomas Masuku said he would provide the reasons for the denial on the 14th of November. Earlier during the day Labour Court heard arguments around the dispute on the strike rules of the impending teachers strike.
