The State Veterinarian at Okakarara Constituency has issued a stern warning to farmers who transport livestock without movement permits, branding or ear-tags. In an interview with NBC News, Dr Trevor Nzehengwa says by so doing, the state finds it difficult to record credible data related to livestock in the country.
