Urban and Rural Development minister Sophia Shaningwa has called on staff members at local authorities countrywide to refrain from engaging in corrupt practices benefiting them individually over community development. The remark formed part of her message when she addressed the council and management of the Okahandja Municipality and other key stakeholders.
