The Ministry of Environment and Tourism is working on a three-year action plan to construct and upgrade the boundary fence of the Etosha National Park. Its Director of Parks and Wildlife Management, Colgar Sikopo says the action plan provides possible measures on how the construction and upgrading can be done in a short time.
