A former mining employee whose face was disfigured by acid is advocating for extended safety training at mine sites countrywide. Thirty-two-year-old Sem Imene was employed for two days as a contract worker for Erongo Industrial Supply Services, (EISS) when the accident happened at Rossing’s mining site.
