Information and Communication Technology Minister Dr Peya Mushelenga says, it is disturbing to see how Namibians are disobeying the State of Emergency regulations. Dr Mushelenga said this following a visit to two roadblocks connecting the Khomas with the Erongo and Otjozondjupa regions.
