The Ministry of International Relations and Cooperation says all the affected communities of the Herero/Nama Genocide were consulted regarding the launch of the ‘Namibian Genocide – Learning From The Past’ exhibition and catalogue. This follows after the Herero/Nama Genocide Committee claimed that they were never consulted on the matter and thus called on the Government to cancel the launch which was scheduled to take place tomorrow.
