Environment and Tourism Minister Pohamba Shifeta has condemned the creation of dumpsites by park officials in national parks, nature and game reserves. Speaking at an event to officially start the ban on plastic bags in national parks, the Environment and Tourism Minister warned park officials to refrain from creating waste disposal sites in parks.
