Information Communication Technology Minister, Tjekero Tweya is happy with the progress SADC has made from switching to digital broadcasting, despite tough economic conditions. While commending SADC broadcasters for ensuring that content is shared, Tweya says the lack of funds should not be used as an excuse not to increase such content.
