Deputy Minister of Marginalised Communities, Royal /Ui/o/oo says he hopes that a whitepaper on the rights of indigenous people, which was finalised in July this year, will be approved by Cabinet. The paper seeks to provide a roadmap in addressing the plight of marginalised communities in Namibia.
