The Ministry of Finance (MoF), in collaboration with the regional Governors, are carrying out a verification process on applicants who have not yet received their Emergency Income Grant (EIG) payments. According to a media statement issued by the ministry’s spokesperson, Tonateni Shidhudhu, the verification is mainly for people who applied but are temporarily put on hold.
