Community members of Mupapama, about 60 kilometres east of Rundu, are up in arms over alleged illegal fencing in their area. A meeting called by the community on Friday to find a lasting solution was marred by finger pointing. The Mupapama community is accusing the VaSambyu Traditional Authority of dishing out land at its subjects’ expense.
