The Minister of Urban and Rural Development, Peya Mushelenga says efforts to construct low maintenance housing and infrastructure, in general, have been receiving great attention over the last few years. At the top of this list is Green Valley Farm 37, situated outside Walvis Bay, where Mushelenga officiated over the groundbreaking on Thursday.
