Some musicians in collaboration with the Namibian Society of Composers and Authors of Music (NASCAM) and the Namibian Police embarked on an exercise to bring to book shebeen owners involved in music piracy. The teams visited two shebeens in Katutura, where almost every compact disc (CD) in jukeboxes were pirated copies.
