More than N$250 million is needed to complete the second phase of the Water Front at Luderitz in the //Karas Region. The town’s old power station is being transformed into the Luderitz water front, and is being renovated to accommodate a satellite campus for the Namibia Institute of Science and Technology – including a new maritime museum.
