Speaker of the National Assembly, Professor Peter Katjavivi, has called on Parliamentarians to table all outstanding bills before 1 November. Katjavivi says the deadline for the tabling of bills is part of the standing rules and orders of the House which will ensure that sufficient time is taken to discuss proposed legislation.
