The Minister of Works and Transport has urged the new board of the Namibia Airports Company (NAC) to strictly abide to key corporate governance principles as the company is positioning itself towards expansion and growth. The Namibia Airports Company operates in a highly complicated industry which would require the board to exercise a high degree of skill and care in steering the company as key international airlines enter the Namibian industry.
