Namibia and Angola signed a memorandum of understanding on the transmission interconnection power line of 400 kilovolts. The Angola-Namibia Joint Permanent Technical Commission on the Cunene River Basin have embarked on the rehabilitation of the Calueque water supply system, installation of water off-take points and repairs of the canal between the Calueque dam to the Angola-Namibia border.
