Namibia has entered an information communication technology revolution necessary for propelling forward its national development and industrialisation programmes. That was the message from Information and Communication Technology Permanent Secretary, Mbeuta Ua-Ndjarakana, at the Cyber Security Conference held for parliamentarians in the capital on Monday.
