Namibia now has 14 confirmed cases of COVID-19. The latest case is a local transmission and a health worker. This was announced by the Minister of Health and Social Services Dr Kalumbi Shangula during the launch of a COVID-19 Communication Centre. The centre, which is based at the Khomas Regional Council, will serve as a one-stop hub for credible COVID-19 information, awareness-raising and as a command base for emergency response.
