Namibia’s small but open economy has been a drawcard for foreign investors and is now looking to expand economic partnership with the United States businesses. During a round-table discussion focusing on investment climate in Namibia, President Hage Geingob pointed out that Namibia was open to free trade, which was further affirmed by the continental free trade agreement signed in 2015. The round-table was organised by the US based organisation, Constituency for Africa established to educate Americans about the African continent to deepen relations.
