Namibia will hold a formal memorial service in honour of the late former Cuban leader on Tuesday. The memorial service will be preceded by a march to be led by former Namibian students in Cuba . President Hage Geingob has already declared three days of national mourning starting from Friday and national flags will be flown at half mast across Namibia up to Tuesday to remember the former Cuban leader. An inter-media planning committee headed by the Ministry of Information and Communication Technology held its first meeting.
