Deputy Prime Minister Netumbo Nandi- Ndaitwah says Namibia is still underperforming across some areas of youth development despite improvements made in the Commonwealth Youth Development index. Nandi-Ndaitwah was speaking at National Stakeholders consultative meeting on the third Draft National Youth Policy in Windhoek.
