The Namibian Federation of the Visually Impaired launched a film to educate Namibians on issues directly and indirectly affecting those living with disabilities. The movie, ‘Oupofi kaunamwene’, which translates into ‘Blindness does not discriminate’ – narrates stories of the visually impaired, by the visually impaired.
