Otjozondjupa Governor Otto Ipinge has called Namibians to stand up against women and child abuse. Ipinge made the call at the opening of a two-day Break Free Anti-violence campaign jointly hosted by B2 Gold and the Office of the First Lady at Otjiwarongo.
