Vice President Nangolo Mbumba says Namibians negotiating directly with the German Government for genocide reparations, and repatriation of human remains are complicating the matter. The Vice President said this during his engagement with officials from Bremen, a city in Germany, who are familiarising themselves with discussions around the issue of genocide.
