The swearing-in ceremony of the seventh Parliament takes place tomorrow. MP’s have been advised to attend alone and not to bring any accompanying persons, be it spouses, relatives or friends. The swearing-in methods are also still being worked out to avoid close contact. Only media practitioners and security personnel will be allowed access to the National Assembly Chamber. To ensure the greater public witnesses the ceremony, the NBC will broadcast the swearing-in ceremony live on all its platforms from 8h30 onwards.
