The !Nami#nus Constituency Councillor in the //Karas region, Jan Scholtz was found not guilty on a fraud charge in the Keetmanshoop Regional Court last week. The state was alleging that Scholtz in 2011, failed to disclose his relationship with his stepson when he was motivating council equipment fund to benefit his stepson.
