The Namibian Police Force and its stakeholders will hold a public meeting on Small Arms and Light Weapons regulations. The meeting will inform about national, regional and international regulations on small arms and light weapons. Minister of Safety and Security, Major-General Charles Namoloh will address the meeting on the theme, ‘Namibia on the global security agenda to promote the maintenance of international peace and security’. The information meeting has been prompted by the United Nations Trust Facility, Supporting Cooperation on Arms Regulation. The meeting will be held at Cross Barmen Hot Springs in Okahandja, on Wednesday.
