A tripartite memorandum of understanding was signed between the Namibian Ports Authority (NAMPORT), France Port of Dunkerque and Agence Francaise De Development to cooperate in the marine sector. In terms of the MOU, the three parties will share information and expertise with regards to infrastructure development, technical as well as human resource development.
