The branch of the Namibia National Students’ Organisation (NANSO) in Khomas says electricity shortage is hampering education in the region. Its Secretary General, Shoki Kanjimi said this at the handing over of 100 Portable Solar Lamps to learners of the Immanuel Shifidi Secondary School in Windhoek.
