This year’s National Youth Week commemoration will take place in the Otjozondpupa Region, in Okahandja, from 20 to 30 April under the theme, ‘Promoting behavioural change among young road users’. Statistics issued by the Motor Vehicle Accident Fund showed that most fatalities recorded on Namibian national roads involve people between the ages of 20 and 35.
