The Namibian Broadcasting Corporation has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Deutsche Welle Academy of Germany to enhance its staff’s skills. Deutsche Welle is a German International Broadcaster available via television, radio and the internet, broadcasting news and information in 30 languages including Spanish and Arabic for over 60 years.
