The Popular Democratic Movement (PDM) has again reiterated its stance on the purchasing of a N$45 million farm by the Namibian Defence Force. The party’s treasurer-general, Nico Smit says the farm is a drain of public funds and such monies could have been used to service land, build schools, houses, or buy medicine.
