Nearly 22 000 inhabitants of the Otjiwarongo Constituency are eligible to cast their votes for a new constituency councillor in a by-election set for 9 March this year. The by-election was necessitated by the death of Julius Neumbo, who died in a motor vehicle accident on 10 December 2019.
