The Neckartal Dam project will not only contribute to the social and economic development of the //Karas Region but the rest of the country as well. This was said by the Minister of Agriculture, Water and Forestry, Alpheus Naruseb, in response to a question by PDM MP, Nico Smit, on the viability of the dam.
